RFP-5698-12 - Low Income Housing Tax Credit Counsel

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to serve as Low Income Housing Tax Credit counsel for an upcoming development and scattered site transaction. 

All inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal shall be submitted, in writing, to the Purchasing Office via email to purchasing@bouldercounty.org with “RFP 5698-12 Questions” in the subject line, by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2012. A response from the hosting agency to all inquiries shall be emailed to all known vendors no later than 4:30 p.m., Monday, October 22, 2012. Only questions submitted through the pre-proposal meeting and this process can be relied upon. 



SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS Submittals are due at the Boulder County Administrative Services Reception Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m., Mountain Time, on Monday, October 29, 2012.
