Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Information Technology Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to purchase black & white and possibly color copier machines with an optional maintenance / support contract. Boulder County is seeking to award up to a 3 year multi-year contract with an option to renegotiate price on an annual basis. On average the County purchases about 7 to 10 copiers per year. Boulder County prefers to purchase copiers based on annual volumes and not on a speed factor of pages per minute. The annual printing volumes we have historically used are: 160,000 to180, 000; 180,000 to 250,000; 250,000 to 300,000.
