Description

1.Purpose/Background

The Boulder County Community Services Department is interested in receiving bids from qualified individuals and firms for the provision of 1) Group Process Facilitation and Planning and 2) Evaluation Services related to the County’s Opioid Abatement effort. This work is designed to provide direction to the county on the development of a strategic plan that can guide investments over the longer term that will result in meaningful impacts on opioid issues and, separately, evaluation of this strategy. The goals of the work are to: 1) Provide support to a planning group known as the Boulder County Region Opioid Operations Board in their efforts to develop a comprehensive plan for the use of Opioid Settlement dollars, and 2) Develop and implement a long-term evaluation plan to measure the effectiveness of investments designed to impact opioid issue across the county. Applicants may bid on one or both of these components.

2.Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. February 1, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 8, 2023.
