Description

The Boulder County Board of Adjustment (“BOA”) seeks qualified bidders to provide outside legal counsel to the Board.

The BOA hears appeals of any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Land Use Director or County Engineer in administering or enforcing Article 4 and related provisions of the Boulder County Land Use Code, as well as considers certain requests for a variance from the requirements of Article 4 of the Code. Typically, BOA meets monthly at 4 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month in the 3rd floor hearing room at 1325 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302. Occasionally, these monthly hearings are cancelled for lack of agenda items. On average, the Board meets 6-8 times per year.
