The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from vendors for the services for a PLSS (Public Land Survey System) Improvement Plan for Boulder County, in the State of Colorado. The PLSS Improvement plan will provide a path to improve the locational accuracy of PLSS section corners and quarter-section corners in GIS. This project does not include any survey field work such as monument observation.
