Description

The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed vendors for cleaning services for a community of 200 residential units. The work will include cleaning newly constructed apartments and townhomes ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, in preparation for occupancy. Service location is BCHA’s Kestrel community (currently under construction) in Louisville, CO.

The purpose of this solicitation is to award contracts to one or more contractors who can offer the required services as needed. A contract will be awarded for the period of one year, with the option to extend until the leasing process is complete. We anticipate the process will be completed by April 2018.

The following criteria shall be met in order to be eligible for this contract:
Experience with cleaning residential living spaces
Experience with a large project involving multiple phases
Experience with cleaning new construction including new appliances, countertops, cabinets, etc.
