Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) is seeking quotes from qualified consultants for services to rehabilitate the Rocky Mountain Mammoth Mine Shaft House following the provided engineer plans and specifications that will preserve the building’s historic integrity. This project is partially funded by at State Historical Fund (SHF) grant from History Colorado and is subject to its review and approval. The project will not be considered complete until the SHF has completed its final review and approval. The project location is 4879 Magnolia Drive, Nederland, Colorado 80466.
