Remove all materials considered “rubbish” which is defined in the Boulder County Land Use Code Article 14.400 (c) as “Garbage, trash, and junk including, but not limited to, unwanted or discarded household items; waste from building construction, remodeling, and repair; tree branches, grass and shrub clippings, leaves, or other general yard and garden waste; motor vehicle parts or tires, or abandoned, unlicensed, or inoperable motor vehicles including without limitation mobile or manufactured homes; newspapers, magazines, packaging materials, waste paper or cardboard; dead animal carcasses; and any other unsightly or discarded material” from the properties located within unincorporated Boulder County. The properties for which work will be completed on will have been cited for violations of Article 14 of the Boulder County Land Use Code. Boulder County Commissioners will have held a hearing to authorize the Community Planning and Permitting Department to seek a warrant for entry and seizure from District Court and Once a warrant is issued the County will then have 10 (ten) days to remove all identified material from the property and dispose of the materially legally and safely.
