Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Commissioners Office has contracted with several organizations to provide energy efficiency work and related services on an on-going, as-needed basis to Boulder County residents and businesses. The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with a qualified organization specifically for specialized services to assess and optimize building mechanical systems as part of the EnergySmart Small Building Tune-up Implementation, as described in the “Services to Be Provided” section below.

There is no guarantee that any work will be directed to the organization/contractor that is selected. Work is contingent upon interest generated by businesses that qualify for services and the business by business ability to fund a portion of the work.
