Summary of Specifications:
The flood of September 2013 washed out approximately 900 feet of the South Branch Ditch above Lake 3 on the Western Mobile property, owned by Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS). Structural repairs were completed in the summer of 2014. BCPOS is seeking quotes to spread on-site and imported topsoil on both sides of the newly rebuilt ditch in order to revegetate and stabilize the area.
An optional Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for November 5, 2014 at 9:00am; all interested parties are asked to meet at 5610 State Highway 66, Longmont, Colorado. This is on the south side of the highway across from the Colorado State Forest Service office and Greenwood Wildlife Center.
All inquiries regarding the Bid document shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org by November 6, 2014 at 4:00 pm. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be sent via certified mail, fax or email to all vendors no later than November 10, 2014. Only questions submitted in writing and subsequently answered in writing can be relied upon.

Please allow at least 2 days for delivery of USPS Priority and Express Mail.
