Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Transportation is seeking a qualified construction contractor to rebuild Topaz Drive from Ruby Drive to 26th Street. The Contractor on this project shall commence work under this Contract on or before the 5th day flowing the date of execution of the contract. The Contractor will complete all work within thirty (30) working days.

Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
