Summary of Specifications:
Summary: Boulder County is seeking proposals to implement a comprehensive Utility Management System. Ideally the system would process all Boulder County Utility invoices, track and report on all commodities usage and cost detail provided with-in the invoices, export audited/approved bills to a G/L system for final processing and payment, have a robust reporting capability, interface with Energy Star Portfolio Manager, have the ability to account for Greenhouse gas and other Sustainability compliance measures, and alternatively have the ability to track sub-metered interval data.
Written Inquiries: All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. February 23, 2015. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than March 2, 2015.
