Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Transportation Department is seeking bids for Wagonwheel Gap winter road due to flooding.

The previous bid for this work (Bid #5895-13) was issued incorrectly with FHWA requirements and will be canceled. This Bid (BID #5903-13) will be replacing the prior bid and does have some changes.

Specifications and a sample contract with FEMA requirements are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached requirements as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth therein.
