RFP-5519-11 - Water Reclamation and Purification Systems

Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that Boulder County will accept sealed proposals for two vehicle-wash Water Reclamation and Purification Systems (WRPS) to be located at separate Boulder County Transportation sites: the Nederland Wash Garage at 286 Ridge Road, Nederland, and the Longhorn Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) at 3116 Longhorn Road, Boulder. Boulder County is looking for the most cost effective solution to meet the requirements of the State Health Department requirements for water dispersement above grade, in addition to any applicable EPA and County Public Health requirements. Both vehicle wash sites are too remote and cannot feasibly connect to municipal sanitary services. 

PLEASE NOTE: The Boulder County Building Services Division is acting as General Contractor for the Longhorn Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF). Colorado Steel Systems is the acting General Contractor for the Nederland Wash Garage Addition. Proposals submitted at this time should include only the work described in this document.
