Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is seeking proposals to design and construct a pre-engineered steel building approximately 30 feet by 40 feet to be used as an agricultural wildlife holding facility. The building will be located on County Open Space, 9505 75th Street, Longmont, Colorado 80503. The scope of work will include all required design and engineering services, as well as general construction of the facility including foundation, septic, electrical, and plumbing/heating requirements. Specifications and a sample contract are attached
