Seeking a roofing company who specializes in the installation of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) elastomeric roof systems as defined in the project manual for work at Nederland Middle / Senior High Shcool in Nederland, CO.

Minimum Qualifications
The Vendor must meet these minimum qualifications to be considered eligible to bid.

Meet insurance and bonding requirements described in the general conditions.
At least five (5) projects of a similar size and scope within the last three years. Three (3) must have been completed in Colorado.
Ability to meet all requirements indicated in the Specifications. Specifically the Bidder must be able to supply the required NDL warranty at project’s end.
Work will be performed by a roofing company who specializes in the installation of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) elastomeric roof systems as defined in the project manual.
The roofing contractor must have continuously installed the specified roofing system and components for three years in Colorado under the same name (documented proof may be required).

- Social Distancing must be observed and masks must be worn
* Weather and snowfall could cause this project walk through to be rescheduled. If you are planning to bid this project, you may (optional) provide the name and email of the person attending to paul.squillace@bvsd.org and he will send email if a rescheduling due to weather occurs.
