Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids must be submitted via email per instructions in bid documents.

One (1) complete set of required documents must be submitted / uploaded on or before the due via email to stephanie.glockzin@bvsd.org.
Faxed, mailed, or hand delivered bids will not be accepted.

Note:

Late responses will not be accepted. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that all documents and information are submitted prior to the due date and time.
The accuracy of the bid is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
No changes in the bid shall be allowed after the date and time that the bids are due.

We will NOT be meeting in person for the Bid Opening.
