Description

The current central administration building is being served by (14) Two-stage Gas fired/Two-stage DX, constant volume Roof Top Units (RTU) that produce uneven room temperatures and uneven air flow.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a request for engineering and architectural consulting design services to partially replace the HVAC system at the BVSD Education Center.
The objectives of this project include the following:

Closeout/Warranty Phase

The selected party shall provide complete and comprehensive engineering/architectural design services, which will include verifying existing site conditions, code review for plan compliance, and permitting services.

Vendors must submit two (2) separate files, in the overall format as outlined in this RFP, for the response to be considered complete:

Vendors are strongly encouraged to keep their proposals concise and brief. Vendors must limit the proposal to 20 pages maximum (not including pricing).
