The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking qualified firms to contract with the CDOC for Chiller Maintenance Services. The CDOC operates a total of nineteen (19) State-owned correctional facilities throughout the State of Colorado. Of these, ten (10) facilities have chiller units which require scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) services and occasional, as-needed repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
