Description

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is seeking to partner with an Offeror to improve reentry outcomes for inmates transitioning to the community from the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility (DWCF) and the Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC) by providing peer recovery coach support services for offenders currently participating in a therapeutic community (TC) and/or offenders that are currently receiving or are eligible to receive MAT services. Peer support services will be offered to offenders that have been identified by the Chief of Behavioral Health & Peer Services or their designee to include but not limited to offenders that are within ninety (90) days of parole eligibility, are within ninety (90) day of release, offenders tabled for release by the Parole Board for program completion, offenders participating in recommended behavioral programs, and/or offenders that have been assigned to specialized units.
