The Colorado Department of Corrections on behalf of the Colorado Correctional Industries is seeking an Offeror to provide consulting services located at the East Canon Complex in Canon City, Colorado.
The purpose of these services would be to examine existing infrastructure and physical space previously used to operate a CCI greenhouse program at ECC. CCI is looking for recommendations for a new inmate work program, with a detailed business model to support and corroborate the Offeror’s findings. The inmate work program models can either include a program ran and operated by CCI, or by an external employer with CCI oversight.
