The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide services for our workplace drug and alcohol testing to include the Department of Transportation (DOT) and our non-Federal (Non-Dot) staff testing program. The vendor must provide innovative solutions and exceptional support to detect drug and/or alcohol. The vendor must have experience in workplace drug and alcohol testing and meet all regulatory guidelines and industry trends. These services can be utilized by a third-party vendor to include medical review officer reporting of results and electronic system for results reporting. The medical review officer and the laboratory must meet the specific criteria given in this scope or work.
