NPSS1 CAAA 2025000221 - LINEV Systems CLEARPASS Digital Full Body Scanner - Sole Source Notice

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that LINEV System US Inc, is the sole manufacturer of the CLEARPASS Digital Full Body X-Ray Scanner with patented software for the detection of contraband. Other CLEARPASS scanners previously purchased from LIVEV Systems makes the device compatible and interchangeable with the other units already in use. This specific unit will assist CDOC with the reduction of prohibited items entering San Carlos Correctional Facility and directly support our mission of ensuring a safe and secure environment for offenders and staff. Several correctional staff members have already received training on this scanning device, further contributing to the immediate use and efficiency of operations.  

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that LIVEV System US Inc is the sole source from which to purchase the CLEARPASS Digital Full Body X-Ray Scanner. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, may be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
