The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) asserts that LaDa Cube LLC is the sole provider of a modular wall system featuring cam-locking panels and/or bolt assembly, facilitating rapid assembly and disassembly of walls. It is believed that LaDa Cube LLC uniquely offers magnetic drywall skins, which create a permanent appearance while still allowing for disassembly if necessary. Furthermore, LaDa Cube LLC is thought to be the only supplier of structural modular wall systems that meet construction-grade standards, utilizing galvanized and galvanneal steel.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that LaDa Cube LLC is the sole source from which to purchase these services.
