Description

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC), Division of Clinical Services (Division) seeks to enter into a contract or purchase order with a vendor to provide high quality prescription eyeglasses for inmates. The inmates are located in correctional facilities throughout Colorado. Eyeglasses will be ordered on an as-needed basis. The total dollar amounts available for any contract or purchase order resulting from this RFP is expected to be approximately $100,000 annually. No dollar amounts or quantities are guaranteed. Quantities needed may be expected to vary significantly throughout the year. Although no quantities will be guaranteed, the CDOC projects approximately 3,000 pairs of eyeglasses are purchased in a twelve (12) month.
