DQ1 CFAA 2024000031 - White Fabric- Bed Sheeting

The Colorado Department of Corrections, Colorado Correctional Industries Division, is seeking vendor quotes to supply 60,000 yards- Fabric, White, Bed Sheeting Fabric, width 66", T-200, 50% polyester, 50% cotton blend, 3.5-4 oz construction, T-180, 250 yards per roll, colorfast standard is 4.0 (color samples to be provided on award of bid for matching.) All rolls are to be individually wrapped for protection during shipping and palletized for ease of handling on 4 way 4'x4' CHEP pallets. Each roll should be labeled with approximate yardage and weight. Fabric weight must not include sizing or other additives. Max tolerance is +/- 5%. All deliveries will be checked to ensure that specs are met. Fabric is subject to composition tests. Mixed lots and salvage lots will not be accepted. First quality goods only. No roll should exceed 150 lbs. Cores should be 2 1/2 inches in outer diameter and have an internal diameter of 2 inches for a core thickness of at least 1/4". SAMPLES: A 12” x 12” sample is to be sent IMMEDIATELY so vendors may be eligible for award. Samples will be sent at the vendor’s expense and will not be returned. Samples must be received by 07/31/2023 to be considered for award from this solicitation. Price quote should list the per item/unit cost and is all-inclusive. Shipping costs will need to be part of the per item/unit costs and will be listed as FOB Destination Prepaid in the Purchase Order.
The product listed above will be delivered to the Limon Correctional Facility, in Limon, Colorado. This is a Level 4 close custody facility and by definition is a high security penal institution! IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE AWARDED VENDOR OF THIS ORDER ENSURE THAT NO CONTRABAND IS SHIPPED WITH THIS ORDER. This would include: weapons, drugs, alcohol, electronic equipment and tools. Delivery drivers must pass a background check.
