Phase 2 - Construction / Rehabilition of the historic Belvidere Theater. See RFP for details and 2016 Historic Strutural Assessment and Preservation Plan for more details.

One-year warranty period covering the work is required. This RFP covers Phase 2 of 6 for the full restoration of the building. The City is actively pursuing completion of the entire project within the next 24 months. The firm receiving the bid award for Phase 2, if the work is performed to the satisfaction of the City, will be the preferred firm to complete the entire project. Central City Historic Preservation Commission review and approval is required prior to the start of work.
