The Cherry Creek School District is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive design services for the consolidation of Holly Hills Elementary and Holly Ridge Elementary, including The Cottage Pre School located on the Holly Ridge Site into a single school facility at the Holly Hills site. This project aims to create a modern, functional, and innovative educational facility that caters to the diverse needs of students from Pre-K through 5th grade currently occupying two sites at one location and return the existing location to a condition ready to be developed for future District purposes.
