22-002 - District Security Lock Hardware Upgrade

The Cherry Creek School District is requesting bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install door and lock hardware at various schools throughout the district to increase building security for our students, staff, and community. The scope of work will consist of door and lock hardware replacement, install of various conversion kits, new door installation, and modification of existing doors and hardware. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all doors and hardware as identified on the Master Parts List (Appendix A) as well as be responsible for storing all doors and hardware for the duration of the project. Door and hardware can be stored at each school once the contractor has started work.
