The Cherry Creek School District is accepting bids from qualified carriers to provide Medical and Pharmacy insurance as requested in the attached workbook. In addition, the District is accepting bids for Direct Primary Care. A bidder may quote on only one or both sub-sections of this RFP.

A vendor should quote the Medical piece in two ways: one (1) on a stand-alone carrier basis, two (2) on a split carrier basis. The District may decide to award the business to one or several vendors.
