The purpose of the meeting will be to answer any questions about the Project or the Contract Documents.

The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for the 2018 Citywide Irrigation Upgrade Project until 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the Community Assistance Center in the City and County Building, 1 DesCombes Dr., Broomfield CO 80020. Immediately thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lobby Conference Room room at the above address. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – 2018 Citywide Irrigation Upgrade Project".
