IFB-15-008 - Athletic Field Materials

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to secure purchase order(s) for athletic field materials from responsible contractor(s) that meets or exceeds the City and County of Broomfield’s Specifications. EQUAL PRODUCT CAN BE CONSIDERED UPON RECEIPT OF INFORMATION SHEETS OR SAMPLES: The manufacturer's name, brand name and/or model number are used in these Specifications for the sole purpose of establishing minimum requirements for level of quality, standards of performance and design required by the City and is in no way intended to prohibit offering of other manufacturer's items of equal or similar material. Where an equal or similar product is offered, the Vendor's Bid must be accompanied by two complete sets of factory information sheets (specifications, brochures, etc.). In lieu of information sheets, the City may request samples for evaluation at no cost to the City. The City shall be the sole judge of equality or similarity and its decision shall be final in its best interest.
