Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to secure an agreement for biosolids handling services (transport, storage, composting and beneficial reuse application); and, secure a farm lease for the City’s Weld County Farm from a single responsible contractor that can meet or exceed the City and County of Broomfield’s Specifications. Continuity of these services is imperative.It is the intent of this request for proposal to establish service fee agreements and farm lease payments. The selected biosolids vendor will be the Lessee of the Weld County Farm Lease.
