Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for Brainard Drive Relocation, SRP C800-002, CDOT 19402, until 1 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2014, at the Community Assistant Counter in the City and County Building, 1 DesCombes Dr., Broomfield CO 80020. Immediately thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lobby Conference Room at the above address. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – Brainard Drive Relocation". The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to earthwork, utility relocation, storm sewer and drainage improvements, asphalt removal, asphalt paving, and native landscape restoration. The project is federally funded and requires coordination and agreements with the Burlington Northern and Sante Fe Railroad Company. The DBE Goal is 9% with a 0% OJT. Davis Bacon Wages apply.
