Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for the Broomfield Combined Courts Remodel, Phase 2, at the Central Records Department in the City and County Building until 11 a.m. on March 22, 2012. Immediately thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lobby Conference Room. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – Broomfield Combined Courts Remodel, Phase 2 Project". The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to interior remodel of office and courtroom space; modifications to court security system; and new security fence around parking lot.
