RFP-15-031 - City Wide On-Call Plumbing Services

Summary of Specifications:
The work scope consists of all licensed in the State of Colorado labor and qualified supplies/necessary material to perform on-call repairs on plumbing supply and distribution systems, drain systems and equipment, as well as, all water heaters and circulating systems, sump pumps, boilers, and gas related work at City facilities. Repair work will be scheduled and other work may be of an emergency nature. Service shall be provided by the Contractor on an as-needed basis. By seeking proposals from Contractors, the City does not represent that it will utilize the successful Contractor’s services in any guaranteed amount over the course of the contract.
