Summary of Specifications:
This RFP is for skilled labor and management to operate concession operations at several locations (Broomfield Community Park Ballfields, Broomfield County Commons Park Fields, Broomfield Industrial Park Ballfields and the Bay Aquatic Park).  A brief description of this work is as follows: 

•Contractor shall be a licensed contractor with the city and county. •Skilled labor and management. •Contractor shall have the ability to provide and maintain consistent staffing for concession stand operations. •Signage. •Consumable products. 

The city and county shall furnish the following: transaction counters, fountain machines, hot dog grills, popcorn machines, food warmers, hot chocolate machines, coffee machines, freezer, refrigerators, ice machines, cash registers.
