The City and County of Broomfield is issuing this Invitation For Bid (IFB) to acquire a Contractor to provide concrete services to include but not limited to, the removal and replacement of concrete at various locations throughout CCOB including all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work/job on an as-needed basis per the attached IFB 21-007 and any corresponding attachments and/or documents.

A representative of the Contractor is highly recommended to attend this pre-bid conference. No other pre-bid conference will be scheduled.
