Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work includes: •A concrete replacement program which includes furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace concrete works within the City and County of Broomfield. •The work involves the removal and replacement of concrete works at various locations throughout the City and County of Broomfield. Work will occur between April 3, 2006 and ending by December 29, 2006. •Broomfield is looking to establish a multi-year agreement (five years, one base year and four successive optional renewal years), with fixed pricing for this program. •The contractor will be notified of replacement locations by the Project Manager. Once notified, the Contractor must start work at these locations within 15 days and complete the work within a reasonable amount of time. •Traffic control is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
