IFB-12-020 - De-Icing, Snow Plowing, Snow Removal and Ice Control Residential

Summary of Specifications:
This solicitation specification has significant changes from previously issued RFP 12-004. The major difference is AVL-GPS is no longer a requirement of the vendor. At each snow event, the City will provide mobile AVL-GPS units to each piece of contractor equipment at the time of snow removal check in; and remove at check out. This solicitation format includes best value evaluation of bids, a mandatory specification check off list and mandatory scenario responses 

The purpose of this Solicitation is to secure an Agreement for services for on call city wide de-icing, snow plowing and ice control services
