Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for East 10th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard Traffic Signal and Intersection Improvements until 11 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012, at the Central Records Department in the City and County Building. Immediately thereafter, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lobby Conference Room. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – East 10th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard Traffic Signal and Intersection Improvements". The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to the installation of a traffic signal and pedestrian crosswalk improvements, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work.
