22-004 - Food and Dry Good Supplies

The City and County of Broomfield (the “City”) acting through the Senior Services Department is soliciting written proposals from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit to provide Food and Dry Good Supplies.

Anticipated funding for this Request for Proposals (RFP) is estimated to be $200,000 to $250,000. Multiple contracts may be awarded to multiple vendors. The City intends to execute contract(s) commencing on May 1, 2022 and ending April 30, 2023. Selected vendor(s) may be eligible for extended contracts contingent upon performance and available funding. In all cases the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts. Parties interested in submitting a proposal are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this RFP.
