Description

The City and County of Broomfield on behalf of the Broomfield Detention Center (“BDC”) desires to solicit proposals for providing basic healthcare services, mental health services and dental services for inmates housed in the detention center located at 11600 Ridge Parkway, Broomfield CO 80021. A contract, for services outlined herein, with the incumbent will expire January 31, 2024. The successful Respondent will be expected to coordinate, at their expense and with the incumbent, an uninterrupted transition and implementation of new services by February 1, 2024.

This meeting is scheduled to discuss the specifications and requirements for RFP # 23-019. A representative of the Respondent must attend this mandatory pre-proposal conference in-person in order to qualify to respond to this contract. Respondents who fail to attend the conference shall be considered non responsive and ineligible for award.
Plan for a 2 hour meeting so you may walk the facility and see the medical offices downstaires.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Option A: Sixteen (16) Hour Coverage
Option B: Twenty-Four (24) Hour Coverage
The Respondent may also submit pricing for other staffing models in addition to Option A and B above, provided that at least sixteen (16) hours or more of nursing is provided each day. Each cost proposal shall provide detailed information per line of all roles or tasks which shall include all estimated hours and any labor rates.
