07Z0040 - Lowell Boulevard Improvements East Midway Boulevard to West 136th Avenue

The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to; earthwork, subgrade, asphalt milling, aggregate base and HBP paving, concrete sidewalk, curb,  gutter & paving, storm-sewer system, drainage structures, roadway underdrains, water and sewer utility modifications, utility relocations, traffic signals, fiber optic signal interconnect, signing, thermoplastic pavement markings, plastic pipe irrigation systems, landscaping, native and wetland seeding, temporary traffic control, temporary erosion control, together with other minor, temporary, incidental and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work.  The work will be completed on one of Broomfield’s primary arterial roads within a mixed residential.
