The City and County of Broomfield (the “City”) acting through the Parks Operations Division is soliciting bids from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit, to provide Miscellaneous Concrete Services at various locations throughout the City and County of Broomfield. The City intends to execute one (1) contract for the services requested in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The selected vendor may be eligible for extended contracts contingent upon performance and available funding. In all cases the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts. Parties interested in submitting a bid are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this IFB.
