Summary of Specifications:
BECAUSE OF THE FAST TRACK SCHEDULE-IT IS CRITICAL CONTRACTOR IS FAMILIAR WITH BID DOCS PRIOR TO THE MANDATORY PREBID MEETING. The project involves sealing approximately 1 mile of waterline streets, mitigation of approximately 12 miles of streets, sealing 21 miles of streets and asphalt patching for Public Works(Maintenance of Condition). It includes but is not limited to street patching, milling (edge mill, full width mill and profile milling at various depths), crack filling, asphalt leveling, overlay, slurry seal, cape seal, micro surfacing or hot chip seal, concrete replacement, landscape reset and/or repair, replacing pavement markings with paint or thermoplastic, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work.
