Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for the Broomfield Trail Segment 6, Phase 1 – Spruce Meadows to Sheridan Parkway Project. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – Broomfield Trail Segment 6, Phase 1 – Spruce Meadows to Sheridan Parkway Project". A mandatory prebid meeting will be held October 24, 2012, at 11 a.m. onsite. The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to, construction of 5,200 linear feet of 10-foot wide concrete trail with a 3-foot wide soft surface shoulder, 250 linear feet of 8-foot wide soft surface trail, and a 26-foot span prefabricated steel bridge, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work.
