Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for The Bay, Phase 2 (Tot Pool Renovations) project until 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at the Central Records Department in the City and County Building, 1 DesCombes Dr., Broomfield CO 80020. Immediately thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lobby Conference Room at the above address. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – The Bay, Phase 2 Project". The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to demolition of an existing pool, pool construction and associated piping, landscaping and irrigation.
