Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield, State of Colorado will accept written bids to award an agreement to purchase 200 upholstered, articulated stackable chairs and dollies for the Broomfield Community Center. Copies of this Request for Quotes can be obtained at the website, www.govbids.com , or at the City and County of Broomfield, Community Assistance Center, First Floor, One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, Colorado, 80020.
Proposals will be accepted at the Central Records Office, City and County of Broomfield, One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, Colorado 80020, until 2:00 p.m. mountain standard time, on March 10, 2006. Proposals will be publicly opened and the names of submitting firms will be read aloud within the Pinon Conference Room at the above address at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2006.
All Proposals shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED “Competitive Sealed Request for Quotes – Community Center Upholstered, Articulated Stackable Chairs and Dollies”.
The scope of work includes: • Delivery and installation of 200 upholstered, articulated stackable chairs • Delivery and installation of chair dollies to accommodate the 200 chairs noted above
