Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide the City and County of Broomfield services for Utility Bill Printing, Treasurer Property Tax Billing and Mail Fulfillment. Utility Billing has a weekly billing cycle and Treasurer Property Tax Billing has an annual cycle. This project is to establish a printer for a multi-year award. Submitting parties must be able to commit the resources necessary to provide the services in a timely manner as defined in the scope of services.
